SERVICE GUIDELINES & STEPS once your request is Submitted.
- Submit your Inquiry/Dispute.
- Feedback will be received from our operations team within 3 business days.
- If necessary, a meeting will be arranged for disputes. Further procedure will be finalised during the meeting session and either resolved amicably or escalated to Dubai Court.
