With a connection to the main runway in Al Maktoum International Airport, The MBRAH empowers the aerospace industry by offering a variety of airside and landside solutions ranging from plots with ready infrastructure, large industrial units, small workshops and build-to-suit facility developments. Its facilities are designed to accommodate engine shops, component and landing gear MROs, and workshops for other aerospace-related industries. Airside taxiways and aprons are in place to accommodate wide-body and narrow-body aircrafts as well as maintenance centres that serve all types of aircrafts.

Dubai’s central geographical position, connecting it to both the world’s established and emerging markets, and Dubai South’s multimodal capabilities that enable cargo movement over sea-land-air in record time facilitated the development of an airside area that includes a taxiway, coming from the main Al Maktoum International Airport, leading to 9 Code F and 32 Code C plots.

As with all of our products, we offer a range of solutions from a simple plot lease to a bespoke, built-to-suit offering, and companies stand to benefit from fast to immediate airside access with little to no fuss.

AEROSPACE SUPPLY CHAIN

To feed the growing MRO market and the aviation industry at large, a supply chain was developed as part of the MBRAH master plan, with a dedicated, custom-bonded area that offered ease of access airside and to the UAE as a whole. One such product is the Aerospace Supply Chain Facility, a multi-tenanted facility that provides flexibility and caters to all company sizes, from Tier 1 to SMEs. It comprises units that offer a front office as a well as a large Supplier complex & warehouse.

Line Maintenance Units, located airside, were designed at MBRAH for airside operators, including FBOs, to have direct access to clients.

With a total plot size of 56,242 square metres and a built-up area of approximately 1,300 square metres, the LMU project constitutes nine individual units, starting from 140 square metres, for storage or workshop purposes.

As part of our product differentiation strategy, the supplier complex aims to provide an entry point to the market for SMEs that is affordable and designed for a multifaceted activities, i.e. aero logistic, trading with small storage or show case space, after-market repair, spare-part trading, and other MRO activities.

The complex consists of a G+3 vertical facility with different heights (7, 5, and 4 metres) and a common loading-bay area and elevator, starting from 92 square metres of leasable space.
